‘I Won’t Recognise My Kids If I See Them – DaddyFreeze Opens Up On Being Absentee Father

Controversial Nigerian media personality, Ifedayo Olarinde, popularly known as Daddy Freeze, has opened up about being an absentee father.

Bahdstreetvibes reports that Daddy Freeze revealed he has not seen his children for the past seven years during an interview with Nigerian comedian, Julius Agwu.

The media icon had asked Julius about the status of his relationship with his kids, and he responded by saying he recently communicated with them and declined to give a specific time.

Julius also redirected the conversation by asking about Daddy Freeze’s kids.

In response, the media personality confessed it had been seven years since he saw his children from his previous marriage with Opeyemi.

He further claimed many of his friends are aware of the situation, stressing he would not even recognize the children if he stumbled upon them on the street.

Daddy Freeze revealed the only contact number in his possession to reach out to his children is his ex-wife’s number.

The controversial media personality said he is holding up well and is unbothered about the situation because he believes the children are doing well.

The 47-year-old broadcaster added that people should not be worried about him and sent his heartfelt prayers to the kids.
